This agreement constitutes a contract between Zirga and you regarding the use of our services. You must read, understand, and agree to these terms before you may use the services provided by Zirga. We reserve the right to alter the terms of service at any time without notice to you. Any changes will take effect at the time of posting to the website.
By agreeing to the terms of service you assent to us contacting you over by means of E-Mail, direct mail, postings to the website, telephone calls or text messages to the addresses or telephone numbers provided by you in your account. Fees for our services are available on our website, or can be obtained by contacting us. We may alter our fees at any time, but said changes will take effect after having been posted for 14 days. For current clients, changes in our fees will take effect at the beginning of the next billing period. Zirga provides services only for our registered clients. Any use of a clients information by a third party not subject to these terms and conditions is outside of the user agreement and Zirga will not be held liable.

Zirga nor any third party affiliates assume no responsibility for, and will not be held liable for any damages, punitive, or otherwise that occur directly, indirectly, or because of use of our services. This limitation of liability constitutes an essential part of the terms of use and use of our services would be denied absent this limitation.

Zirga operates under the laws and jurisdiction of the United States of American, and through the use of Zirga, you agree to submit yourself to any applicable laws regarding use. Zirga will not claim nor represent that our content or material or service is under the jurisdiction of laws from any place else. Agreement to this terms of service is on a person to person basis, and each person who agrees must be solely responsible for adherence to local laws and statures.
General Statement
The terms of service agreement is binding, and any failure of Zirga to comply with provisions in the terms of service does not constitute an exemption to said provision. This terms of service agreement replaces any prior agreement or understanding regarding Zirga's services. If any provision of this agreement is found to be contrary to law, then it will be construed as nearly as possible in the interests of the parties, and all remaining provisions will remain in tact. Any waiver to the terms of service must be written specifically and signed by Zirga.
